1.)
Double click your sound icon in your
system tray (PC)
2.) Select
your wave slider bar and turn
down the level / volume.
3.) Close
the sound panel, and re-launch
your browser. This will
"set" the
volume of the wave sound
files
launched under IE or
Netscape.

SOUND
PAUSES |
|
If
your sound plays intermittently with frequent pauses it
could be symptomatic of the following problems:
The network
is very busy, and the real server playing your file is unresponsive.
If you are
using a modem and you live in an older community, the
phone lines may be busy or "dirty" (unable to
carry the information without degeneration)

UNAVALIABLE |

If
you do not have the Real Media Player installed, or have a
version pre-dating 5.0 you will receive
an error screen.
The screen should
present you with a hypertext link to Real Players
installation screen. If it does not here is the address: www.realnetworks.com
